Igor Zakus (bass guitarist, composer) was born and raised in Chervonograd. He graduated Lviv's Music College and Academy in oboe. At the same time he was practicing in bass guitar. Now Igor rightfully hailed as the best Ukrainian bass guitarist. His music possesses everything - technique, brilliant melodics, real ukrainian songfulness along with the accuracy of sound up to the highest international level. Igor exploits the following styles - funk-fusion, smooth-jazz, pop-jazz.

"Zakus Was Here Live" - is the live issue of Igor's latest studio album "Zakus Was Here". The live issue is full of drive comprising distinctive funk-fusion. The album features some great musicians, particularly Dmitry Alexandrov (so far the best ukrainian sax player), Rodion Ivanov (ViaGra, Maria Burmaka, Unity) and ex-SkhidSide participants Vladimir Shabaltas and Alexander Lebedenko.
